The hotel has a beautiful ambiance and is well-maintained despite its age. My experience at the New Year Gala dinner was delightful, with a rich variety of food and lively music. However, I was disappointed by the quality of food in some of the other dining options, and the service could have been more attentive. Overall, it's a nice destination in Goa, but there are areas that need improvement, particularly in dining consistency.
